Nestled along Cameron Drive, right next to Gordon H. Beatty Middle School, is a 6.9-acre park that is the focus of an exciting new community project. In partnership with Buena Park City staff and its community, RJM Design Group is reimagining this green space through a thoughtful and inclusive process. As part of this effort, two community outreach workshops are being held to gather ideas, insights, and aspirations directly from the people who will use and cherish the park. These community-driven conversations, combined with a thorough site analysis and guidance from existing City documentation on the Korean Friendship Pavilion and Sundial Garden, will inform the creation of a preliminary site plan. This plan will thoughtfully position the Korean Friendship Pavilion and reflect the shared vision of a vibrant, welcoming park shaped by its community.
