Workshop 2 Results are in!

The One Arroyo Foundation hosted the second community workshop for the Overlook Improvements Project on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brookside Golf Course. All community members were invited to attend and participate in this important planning initiative.

The workshop began with a presentation by RJM Design Group, the project consultant, who provided an overview of the project history, background, process, master plan, community outreach results, and next steps.

A total of 25 people participated in the individual exercise. During the session, attendees were given post-it notes to add their comments on the draft conceptual plan.

After the workshop, an online survey was made available and remained accessible online through September 15, 2026. The online survey had a total of 21 responses.
