Workshop 1 Results are in!

The One Arroyo Foundation hosted the first community workshop for the Overlook Improvements Project on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Brookside Golf Course. All community members were invited to attend and participate in this important planning initiative.

The workshop began with a presentation by RJM Design Group, the project consultant, who provided an overview of the project history, background, process, master plan, and next steps.

A total of 18 people participated in the individual and small group discussions. During the session, attendees completed individual surveys and then engaged in small group discussions to review and synthesize their responses.

After the workshop, an additional online survey was made available and remained accessible online through August 18, 2026. The online survey had a total of 88 responses.
