All community members were invited to attend and participate in this important planning initiative.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop began with a presentation by RJM Design Group, the project consultant, who provided an overview of the project history, background, process, master plan, community outreach results, and next steps.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 25 people participated in the individual exercise. During the session, attendees were given post-it notes to add their comments on the draft conceptual plan.<\/p>\n<p>After the workshop, an online survey was made available and remained accessible online through September 15, 2026.
