Project Description
'Provide Your Feedback' Survey Questions (and Answers!)

We are listening to you and wanted to respond to some of the questions that were asked in the ’Provide Your Feedback’ survey.
- Will there be any community workshops on a weekday or Saturday morning? All community workshops are available both in person and online. After each in-person session access to a recorded video of the presentation is made available on this project website. Surveys will remain open for two weeks following the in-person workshop date.
- Will the website be updated with information from each meeting? Yes! See ’Results’ section of this project website.
- Are upgrades to Parks & Recreation in the City’s budget? Where is the City going to get money to do all of this? A Parks and Recreation Master Plan is important because it provides a clear vision for future park and program development. It helps cities to identify existing resources, engage residents, and to recommend projects with funding strategies to create accessible, high-quality recreational spaces for all.
- My hope is that we get input from everyone. That is our goal! We have been advertising through reader boards, social media posts, flyers, and would love the community’s help to get the word out and take part in the surveys.
- You should be able to complete the survey without needing to enter your address or precisely moving the marker. We respect your privacy and will never share personal information. It is very helpful for our assessment to see ’where’ the community needs are located to provide recommendations that are geographically accurate.
Please continue to participate in the community outreach process for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan!
